2024 Toyota Silver Kings Hard Enduro is a 3-day race event.

There is a One Event Pass available for $20…you do not have to pay for an entire year.

Both Parents/Guardians Version — This version requires each parent/guardian to sign and submit a form individually to complete the process.

SILVER MOUNTAIN eWAIVER

SILVER MOUNTAIN WAIVER LINK
  • Racer pre-entry opens online Wednesday January 10th, 2024 @ 12:00PM MST
  • There will be no on-site entry at the race
  • Only pre-entered racers will be accepted at racer check-in at the race
  • Maximum 500 race entries
  • Race entries are non-transferrable
  • Inside Enduro LLC is the race organizer, and your transaction will contain the store name “insideenduro” on your statement

!!!FILL UP YOU BIKE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VILLAGE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUNTAIN EACH MORNING!!!

  • There will be one Fuel Station, which will also be a manned check point.
  • The fuel station will be open during (not before) the main race only
  • There will be no fuel available before the Prologue
  • There will be no fuel available before the main race for anyone
  • Fuel station will not be operational until the first racer arrives after starting the race and arriving at the fuel station via the race course
  • If you choose to arrive at the start of the race without fuel, know that this is the decision that you made before you left your car/truck/trailer!
  • You will be starting your race with the fuel that you have depending on how much you left the village with.
  • There will be limited fuel available after the race, and minimal top-ups will be made by Silver Kings Hard Enduro staff, and only if they deem it necessary.
  • Both straight gas and pre-mix will be available
  • Due to the altitude of the Silver Mountain ski mountain, specialized “race fuel” is not recommended

Water trucks will be running dust control on the way up and down the mountain access road.

Sub-alpine single track and free-ride mountain conditions.

No tear-off goggle protectors allowed on the mountain.

Spark arrestors are required (where applicable).

  • Maximum number of race entrants is 500 riders
  • No new entries will take place at registration
  • All riders must be pre-entered online at www.insideenduro.com

At this time there is no charge for class changes (unless you switch from Amateur to Pro).

There will be a date (TBA) at which there will be a number plate reprinting fee of $25 to pay for the printing and shipping of replacement custom Toyota SKHE bike graphics).

Wednesday 06/26/2024 (Time TBA)

Registration tent will be set up in the Silver Mountain Resort Base Village (in front of the Resort).

If you are unable to pick up your rider packet, please make arrangements with a trusted friend/family member to do this for you during the times the registration tent is operating.

  • The Prologue will be a 1 – 2 mile hot lap with some Enduro features
  • Everyone will be racing the Prologue to get your starting placement for their class
  • If you are unable to race the Prologue, you will start on Saturday at the back of your class
  • Further race format descriptions TBA
  • As per the 2024 AMA Racing rulebook and Supplemental Rules there will be checkpoints throughout all race courses (Gold, Silver, & Bronze) and will be scored as such
  • All cut-off times will be strictly enforced
  • Racers must be checked OUT of the checkpoints by the cut-off time
  • Complete AMA Race Regulations are available HERE
  • Each racer will receive three non-scannable Silver Mountain Terrain Passes at racer check-in.
  • Attach these passes to your backpack ASAP
  • These are non-transferrable and NON-SCANNABLE
  • These tags are day-specific (one each for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday)
  • Racer Terrain Passes can only be swapped for a scannable Gondola ticket by the racer if they are not racing
  • If a racer needs to ride the gondola on any race day, there will be a list of racer names at the Gondola ticket window
  • The racer must present a government issued ID and Racer Terrain Pass for that day to obtain a Gondola ticket (Racer Terrain Passes can not be used for the Gondola)
  • This way racers who are not racing can watch the Pros and their friends
  • Exact course demarcation is currently being finalized
  • There will be a variety of marking formats including tapes/ribbons, arrows, cones, and caution tape
  • Splits in the race course may not be manned, but they will be clearly marked, with more than one marker

Race entries are non-transferrable.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE 2024 SILVER KINGS HARD ENDURO EVENT

A registered racer may elect to withdraw from the 2024 race and have their 2024 entry fee (less a $75 administration fee) applied to the 2025 Silver Kings Hard Enduro if the following criteria are met:

  1. Registered racer, or their parent/guardian, must notify Rosemary Stearns Stearns at admin@skhe.co by May 16th, 2024.
  2. A replacement racer from the 2024 waitlist is able to register for the 2024 race

REGISTERING FOR THE 2025 SILVER KINGS HARD ENDURO

It is the responsibility of the registered racer, or their parent/guardian, to register and pay for their 2025 race entry, then contact Rosemary Stearns within one week of their successful 2025 race entry at admin@skhe.co to organize the refund their 2024 entry fee (less a $75 administration fee). Failure to email notification will result in the forfeiture of the 2024 race entry.

PERMANENT WITHDRAWAL FROM 2024 SILVER KINGS HARD ENDURO

  • If requested before May 16th, 2024, we will refund the entry fee -minus $150 and credit card processing commissions/fees.
  • If requested between May 16th, 2024 and May 30th, 2024, we will refund the entry fee -minus $200 and credit card processing commissions/fees.
  • If requested after on or after May 31st, 2024 we will refund the entry fee -minus $300 minus credit card processing commissions/fees.

 

If cancellation is not requested by email to admin@skhe.co all fees will be retained.

Please note: Overnight parking permits and spectator gondola tickets are not managed by Silver Kings Hard Enduro and Inside Enduro LLC and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All of us at Silver Kings Hard Enduro (SKHE) are very excited to announce our newest partnership with WESS Promotion GmbH the organizer of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship.  WESS will be assisting SKHE with their proven race scoring technology to provide real-time live scoring as well as unparalleled result accuracy.  WESS is ultimately looking to strengthen its position in North America and it has been agreed that SKHE will be the first New Race added to the schedule when this time comes.  SKHE and WESS are fully committed to bringing the highest quality racing to Silver Mountain Resort.  Stay tuned and hang on because we have an amazing event unlike any other planned for you!
