Silver Mountain Resort’s Morning Star Lodge is a premier, well-appointed vacation rental and resort condominium development. The rooms are Mountain-Lodge-Style and impeccably designed, with a selection of floor plans and options available to accommodate families and groups of any size and on any budget. Many room plans include in-room laundry facilities, and all rooms have either a full kitchen or kitchenette. Pet friendly rooms are available upon request at time of reservation with a $35 fee. The Morning Star Lodge and Village has public gathering areas warmed by fireplaces, and all rooms have access to rooftop and terrace level hot tubs, and all rooms include passes to the massive indoor waterpark, Silver Rapids. The main Gondola House is right here, in The Village. The Overnight Parking area and Vendor Row is directly across the road, which is where most of the riders will be working on their bikes before and after their races. This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to haul a camper or RV, and there’s plenty of gated parking for your pickup (no trailers allowed in gated lodge parking areas). Advance parking reservations and/or permits are highly recommended.

The sister property of Silver Mountain Resort, the Silver Inn is more of a traditional hotel experience, which may be exactly what you are looking for. The Silver Inn was purchased by Silver Mountain Resort in late 2019, and was renovated at that time as well. This hotel does provide a provide a continental grab n go style breakfast for its guests, as well as high speed internet, and discounted rates for guests for Silver Rapids Water Park. It is a short 2 min drive (0.6 mi) from the rider marshalling area, Vendor Row, and Gondola House via Bunker Ave, so spectators staying here should take that into account in the mornings (the Gondola line gets long). In summary, not as fancy and resort-like as Morningstar Lodge, but it is clean, very reasonably priced, and comes with breakfast!

This hotel is right next to the Overnight Parking area/Vendor Row/Rider Marshaling area, and across the road from the Gondola House. If you want to be in the mix of things, don’t want to stay at the resort, and don’t want to haul a camper, this is the best option for you. It’s a little older, and the decor is definitely “nostalgic”, but it has a ton of reasons to choose this location:

All dogs/pets must be on a leash at all times when on Silver Mountain Resort and Kellogg High School property, which includes the Village and Overnight Parking areas.
No dogs/pets are allowed on the gondola or mountain at any time during Silver Kings Hard Enduro events.
This year there will be three options for people with RV Campers, Trucks + Trailers, or people with Roof top tents
